A dental implant is made up of three parts—a titanium or ceramic post, abutment, and restoration. Built to function like natural tooth roots, dental implants provide bone support and a stable foundation for a single dental crown, a dental bridge, dentures, or a full arch prosthesis.
Dental implants are designed to last for decades and have the potential to last for the rest of your life. Surgical technology, clinical experience, and your health habits ultimately affect the longevity of your implants.
Dental implants have achieved a consistently high success rate (over 95%) since their introduction. Combined with the Yomi® robot and personalized care from our knowledgeable implant dentists, we achieve a 99% success rate.
Dental implants are the only permanent tooth replacement option designed to last for decades. They are surgically inserted into the jawbone, providing health and functional benefits comparable to natural teeth.
We provide a 5-year warranty on all our dental implant treatments, along with life-long dental support. If your restoration cracks or breaks or you develop an infection around your implants, we’ll provide restorative treatment.*

Most patients are immediately approved for dental implants, or can qualify with preparatory treatments such as bone grafting and tooth extractions. Candidacy is more accurately determined after a comprehensive consultation and evaluation with an implant dentist.
The cost of dental implants is based upon how many teeth are missing, how long you’ve been missing teeth, the types of materials desired, and any additional procedures as needed. Our team can help you apply for dental financing and will file insurance claims on your behalf to help you afford treatment.
In most cases, dental implant surgery is completed while you are under IV sedation. You should feel no pain during your procedure. We provide chair-side administration and monitoring from a licensed anesthesiologist for those requiring general anesthesia.
The duration of dental implant treatment can range from a few months to over a year. In many cases, implants can be surgically placed soon after consultation and treatment plans have been accepted. For patients needing bone grafting, this may be a separate procedure requiring several months of healing before dental implant surgery. After implant placement, healing can take 3+ months before optimal integration is achieved and a final restoration can be permanently attached. In many cases, we provide patients with same-day teeth either by modifying their denture or attaching a provisional, both of which are worn during the healing process.
Because dental implants are considered a surgical procedure, and it’s recommended that you rest for a few days post-operation. Patients generally report minor discomfort that can be mitigated with over-the-counter medication. Most patients return to normal activities after one week. A soft food diet is required for several months post-operation as the implants integrate with your jawbone.
Dental implants are cared for like natural teeth and require no special maintenance. Brush twice a day and floss once a day. Depending on your restoration, a water flosser may be needed to ensure all food debris is removed.
Yes, we recommend maintaining your routine dental appointments. While dental implant restorations are resistant to decay, you can still develop peri-implantitis. This is an infection of the gums around the implants, which develops as a result of bacteria from plaque and tartar buildup.
